BACKGROUND
All purchases should be made in accordance with LGC §351.0415.
Sam's Club should not be viewed as an alternative vendor for contract items, but rather an option if the contract item is unavailable through a contract vendor or an ongoing issue with vendors exists (ex. vendor is overcharging items).
