Discussion, consideration, and possible action to amend the Memorandum of Understanding between Hidalgo County, acting by and through Constable Pct. 3, and Mission Consolidated Independent School District approved by Commissioners Court on August 18, 2022 (AI-86970) in relation to the FY 2023 STOP Truancy Program to allow the parties to increase the number of deputies thus increasing the agreement amount if additional deputies are requested by the school district during the term of the agreement.
