CAPTION

“Subject to Compliance with HB 1295” the Urban County Program is requesting consideration and action to award and enter into a construction contract with Texas Cordia Construction, LLC the lowest responsible bidder in the amount of $288,988.00 utilizing UCP funds from Fiscal Years 34 & 35 (2021-2022) Alton Street Improvement Funds. 

BACKGROUND

The bid opening was held on October 19, 2022 and the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements was Texas Cordia Construction, LLC.  Project consists of street improvements (paving).  Attached is letter of recommendation by the project engineer HC Engineering, LLC and contractor’s general liability insurance.
