“Subject to Compliance with HB 1295”, the Urban County Program is requesting approval to purchase Furniture (Library) from BRODART CO. for the City of Granjeno’s Public facility in the amount of $20,465.06.  UCP Fiscal Year 32 (2019) City of Granjeno Public Services.

BACKGROUND

Four written quotes were requested, three were received and one was no bid.  The lowest responsible quote was received from BRODART CO. The equipment will be utilized by Granjeno’s Public Facility.  Delivery is expected within 60 days of receipt of purchase order.  (Price Quotation form & Quotes are attached for your review).
