BACKGROUND
Reference:
AI-81954, CC 8.24.2021, CC approval of FY 2022 (9-1-2021 to 8-31-2022) interlocal agreement between Hidalgo Co. & CSCD (Adult Probation) in relation to the Drug Court & AIP programs.
This interfund transfer will transfer the unexpended balance from FY 2022 to FY 2023 as stipulated in section 3 of ICA to be used for operating expenses. FY 2022 interlocal agreement expired on 8-31-2022.
