BACKGROUND

AI-87057, CC 8-18-2022, CC approval of FY 2023 interlocal agreement & approval of 1st partial funding for the Drug Court & AIP Programs (Sept-Dec. 2022, 4 months)
This interfund is necessary to fund the second partial funding (Jan.-Aug. 2023, 8 months) in relation to the current FY 2023 interlocal agreement.  Current agreement will expire on 8-31-2023.
