Texas Epidemiology Capacity Expansion Grant (1293):
1. Requesting approval to submit renewal grant application and budget for the Texas Epidemiology Capacity Expansion program for FY 2024 and FY 2025. The amount of this 2-year will be $295,042.00 with a start date of September 1, 2023 and end date of August 31, 2025.
2. Requesting approval for County Judge to sign the Texas HHS System - Data Use Agreement / Security and Privacy Inquiry as part of the renewal grant application.

Texas Epidemiology Capacity Expansion (TECE); No fiscal impact at this time; submission of grant application only. A new account fiscal year will be established by Auditor's Office, upon CC acceptance of grant award, COR by Co. Auditor and appropriation of funds. This is a two-year grant with a grant period of 9-1-2023 to 8-31-2025, $147,521.00 for each fiscal year for a total award of $295,042.00; no county cash match required.Attachments
