“Subject to Compliance with HB 1295” the Urban County Program is requesting consideration and action to award and enter into a construction contract with 2GS LLC dba Earthworks Enterprise the lowest responsible bidder in the amount of $182,699.00 utilizing UCP funds from Fiscal Years 35 (2022) Elsa Street Improvement Funds.
BACKGROUND
The bid opening was held on May 16, 2023 and the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements was 2GS LLC dba Earthworks Enterprise. Project consists of street improvements (paving). Attached is letter of recommendation by the project engineer CSJ Group Engineering and contractor’s general liability insurance.
