Requesting approval of Resolution to authorize Urban County Program Director to sign and execute contracts and agreements after Hidalgo County Commissioner’s Court approval as they relate to all Hidalgo County Urban County Program projects and those included in the Annual Action Plan.
BACKGROUND
The Hidalgo Urban County Program Annual Action Plan outlines the intended use of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), and Emergency Solution Grant (ESG) Funds administered by Hidalgo County Urban County Program. The Original authorization was approved by the Hidalgo County Commissioner’s Court on June 06, 1996.
