BACKGROUND
Three quotes were requested and reviewed/ The lowest responsible quote was received from Medline Industries LP for the purchase of a Sofia 2 Instrument and testing kits. The equipment will be utilized at the Hidalgo County Health Facility. Delivery is expected within 60 days of receipt of purchase order. Quotes and required back up documents are attached.
