A. Requesting exemption from competitive bidding requirements under Texas Local Government Code 262.024 (A)(2) "An item necessary to preserve or protect the public health or safety of the residents of the County"
B. Requesting authority to enter into an Insertion Order Agreement with National CineMedia, LLC and the HC Health & Human Services Department for an on-Screen Regional segment and in theater advertisement in the total amount of $33,174.95 for the purpose of providing Public Health Awareness Outreach Services as necessary to protect the health and safety of the residents of Hidalgo County with authority for County Judge to sign all required documentation.
