BACKGROUND
Delta Lake will charge an entrance fee of $2.00 on Tuesday (9:00am- 4:00pm).

As per Pct. 1 staff, the $2.00 fee is currently being charged on Sundays only. This waiver request will waive the fee for all days including Sundays.
