BACKGROUND
Grading/scoring, ranking, and negotiation protocol established by Hidalgo County Commissioners' Court to be followed per project by precincts, all County departments, or applicable programs or agencies requiring said services, as detailed in each respective procurement packet.
This is a County-wide pool, and funding will need to be available and budgeted by each user departments. All pools of Professional Services will include all funding sources and not limited to the following (i.e. R&B, CIP, CAP, General Funds, grants, etc.) from all County departments, programs, and entities.
