BACKGROUND
HC-UCP is in the process of submitting 2018 & 2019 Hidalgo County "Palmview Lateral" projects Survey compliance documents for the eligibility process to be completed and grant award can be processed. Once the grant is approved by GLO, the UCP will request additional authorization to sign any and all documents pertaining to 2018 GRANT #CDR17-1428-APP & 2019 GRANT #CDR17-1497-APP assigned per project specific grant as required.
