Discussion, consideration, and possible action to execute a “Memo of Understanding" with Pandhandle Community Service, Inc., a Community Action Agency, for the use of the Hidalgo County Community Service Agency equipment to be utilized as the result of the Panhandle ongoing wildfire disaster declared as an emergency in their servicing areas; subject to legal approval.
