BACKGROUND
The bid opening was held on February 28, 2024 and the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements was 2GS dba Earthworks Enterprise LLC. Project consists of park improvements. Attached is letter of recommendation by the project engineer M2 Engineering, PLLC and contractor’s general liability insurance.
