BACKGROUND
The NCDA continues to be committed to the goal of assisting local goverments in achieving high quality, locally-responsive programs for making communites better places in which to live and work. Membership in NCDA is critical in the fight to protect and preserve funding for safe, decent and affordale housing along with the community development programs.
