The District Attorney’s Office is experiencing high turnover of ADA’s leaving (Fiscal Year 2024 – 12 ADA’s/ Fiscal Year 2023 – 19 ADA’s) and currently has 25 vacancies; one-time payment is an effort to mitigate the continued turnover and court coverage due to vacancies.
