BACKGROUND
The applicants were approved to receive assistance under the Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program by the County Commissioners’ Court. Bids were received and opened at the Hidalgo County Purchasing Department on Wednesday, September 4, 2024. The scope of work includes the demolition of
existing units and delivery/set-up of new mobile homes as follow:
