BACKGROUND
The Urban County Program requested proposals from non-profit housing organizations on July 28 and again on August 4, 2006. A UCP committee evaluated the proposals received and is requesting the approval to certify and award funding to Rufino Contreras Affordable Housing in order to assist in the construction of a Multi Family Rental Units to be built within the City of Edcouch. The funding for this particular project will be re-allocated as follows:
