BACKGROUND
Three quotes were requested and reviewed. The lowest responsible quote was submitted by ENV Services for the Site Survey, Testing, and Certification of the Health Facility, in accordance with the CDC/BMBL requirements, to receive certification as a BSL3 Laboratory. Department of State Health Services Contract No. HHS000812700025 Covid-19 Grant Program funds will be utilized.
