Discussion, consideration, and possible action to approve Amendment No. 2 to the FY 2025 Community Service Block Grant (CSBG) Contract No. 61250004355, issued by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs, to include a budget increase in the amount of $944,073.00, with total contract amount of $1,875,698.00, and to authorize Jaime Longoria to electronically sign any and all pertinent documents.
