Urban County Program on behalf of Precinct No. 1 (Progreso) is requesting consideration and action to award and enter into a construction contract with HighMark Construction Company, LLC, for the park, recreational facility “parking lots” project located in the City of Progreso. Total contract amount $75,000.00 utilizing UCP - City of Progreso YR 24 (2011) park, recreational facility, City’s general funds and Precinct No. 1 YR 23 (2010) park, recreational facility funds.

The City of Progeso and Precinct No. 1 has requested and received bids for the park, recreational facility improvements project. Dannenbaum Engineering Company – McAllen, LLC, Project Engineer prepared specification packages and bids were received and opened at the Hidalgo County – Purchasing Department on July 25, 2012. After review the project engineer recommended HighMark Construction Company, LLC, as the lowest of four (4) qualified bidders.
