BUDGETARY IMPACT:
As per interlocal agreement, City of La Villa will pay for all costs related to animal shelter services. Co. has no obligation to pay; however, the Co. agrees to provide animal control personnel to catch the stray dogs and cats.No fiscal impact to Co., since animal shelter costs will be paid by the City of La Villa.
