BACKGROUND
Milnet Architectural Services has submitted a best and final offer for professional architectural
services required for Parks, Recreational Facility Improvements at Municipal Park in the City of Palmview. Milnet Architectural Services was the highest rated firm by Commissioners' Court on July 19th 2011. Contract approval in the amount of $ 6,560.00 is being requested. See attached scope of services.

Funds Available: $ 82,000.00 – FY 23 (2010)
