BACKGROUND
We are requesting approval of the 2012 Sheriff/Constable Fee Schedule for the County of Hidalgo, pursuant to Local
Government Code 118.131. The fees will be effective January 01, 2012, and are to be charged for service or two (2) attempt of service.
Note: As per Local Government Code 118.131, fees are required to be approved/adopted by Commissioners' Court on or before October 01, 2011.
