Urban County Program on behalf of Precinct No.3 is requesting approval to purchase four (4) septic tanks from Robert Nava Backhoe Services, LLC. in the amount of $15,170.00 to include pumping, cleaning and the crushing of existing septic tanks, installation of the four (4) septic tank systems, backfill tanks lines to grade, and clean up. Precinct No.3 UCP Year 22 (2009) funds will be utilized.
BACKGROUND
S&B Infrastructure on behalf of Precinct No.3 obtained three quotes for the septic tank installations. Robert Nava of R. Nava Backhoe Services, LLC is listed on the ‘Septic Tank Installer List’ that has been approved by the Hidalgo County Health Department in February 2010. A copy of the quotes and the precinct’s recommendation are attached (See attachment).
