Contracts are on an "as needed" basis and vendors will be made part of a "pool" of qualifed vendors for title policy services.

Vendors cannot commence any work without prior authorization from Co. via a Purchase Order. Funding to be determined once a particular project is identifed by a user department.

Possible funding source is obj. 339 "Other Professional Svcs". Please refer to attached expense report as of 10-28-11 for funds availability.
