The Urban County Program on behalf of the Pct. # 3 is requesting approval and award of best and final negotiated contract with Hinojosa Engineering in the amount of $27,000.00 utilizing 2011 Colonia Economically Distress Area Program (CEDAP) Contract #711195 – Rehabilitation Single-Unit Sewer Service under the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) Texas Community Development Block Grant (TxCDBG) Program.
BACKGROUND
Javier Hinojosa Engineering submitted a best and final offer for professional engineering services for Rehabilitation Single-Unit Sewer Service in the Colonias in the Sullivan City ETJ Area. The four colonias to be provide sewer services are Los Ebanos, Cuevitas, Rancho Subdivision, and Valle Vista Subdivision. Javier Hinojosa Engineering was the highest ranked firm by County Commissioners' Court. See attached scope of services and Best and Final Offer Letter.
