Urban County Program on behalf of Precinct No.4 is requesting approval for the purchase and installation of an irrigation system at the J.R. “Milo” Ponce Memorial Park by Green Thumb Irrigation & Landscaping in the total amount of $21,809.84. Precinct No.4 UCP Years 20 & 22 (2006 & 2010) Parks, Recreational Facility funds will be utilized.
BACKGROUND
Green Thumb Irrigation & Landscaping will be responsible for the installation of the following 1,443 LF of 3” pvc waterline including fittings, 4,318 LF of 2” pvc waterline including fittings, ten (10) K1-big gun sprinkler and hose, seven (7) 3” gate valves, fifty-one (51) rain bird 44 RC quick coupler valves, ten (10) 44 RC quick clouper valves keys, three (3) 3” ball valves, two (2) 2” pressure vacuum breakers, eighty (80) 6” pvc sleeves with bores. A copy of the quotes is attached (See attachment).
