Approval of Interlocal Agreement between the Edinburg Economic Development Corporation, the City of Edinburg, and Hidalgo County for the Courthouse Master Plan.
BACKGROUND
County is responsible for developing a Courthouse Master Plan and providing a copy to both the City and EDC. The Courthouse Master Plan development is funded via P.O. # 671767. Shoud the agreement be terminated by either party prior to substantial completion all funds contributed by City or EDC would be refunded.
