1. Requesting authorization to accept the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Cameron County and Hidalgo County. The purpose of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement is to accept from Cameron County equipment listed in Appendix A for the purpose of fulfilling the goals of the Lower Rio Grande Valley Development Council's regional efforts to emergency response.

This agreement is to record the transfer to Hidalgo County equipment purchased by LRGVDC through the FY 2009 HSGP and delivered to Cameron County. Cameron County is transferring equipment to Hidalgo County.
