The Urban County Program on behalf of Precinct No. 4 is requesting approval and award of best and final negotiated contract with LeFevre Environmental & Management Consulting, LLC in the amount of $44,000.00 utilizing Precinct No. 4 CDBG Funds for the 2011-2012 Colonia Construction Contract No. 711245 - Sewer Improvements and Rehabilitation Single-Unit Sewer Services under the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) Texas Community Development Block Grant (TxCDBG) Program.
BACKGROUND
LeFevre Environmental & Management Consulting, LLC submitted a best and final offer for professional engineering service for Sewer Improvements and Rehabilitation Single-Unit Sewer Services in the Colonias in the City of Edinburg ETJ Area. The two (2) colonias to be provide sewer services are Hillcrest Terrace and Santa Cruz Ranchette. LeFevre Environmental & Management Consulting, LLC was the highest ranked firm by County Commissioner’s Court. See attached scope of services and Best and Final Offer Letter.
