Presentation of Quick draw Award to Precinct 2 Commissioner Hector “Tito” Palacios and Precinct Coordinator of the Year, Mr. Euralio Palacios.
BACKGROUND
Every year, the Urban County Program identifies the Precinct that most quickly spends their CDBG funding. This, in essence helps the program meet the annual expenditure ratio required by HUD. Additionally, a Coordinator outside of the Urban County Program office that complies with all HUD requirements is also selected and recognized as recipient of the Coordinator of the Year award.
