Requesting authorization to execute the Agreements between Hidalgo County and following local hospitals: Doctors Hospital at Renaissance, Knapp Medical Center, Rio Grande Regional Hospital, Mission Regional Medical Center and South Texas Health System which includes Edinburg Regional Medical Center, McAllen Medical Center, and Edinburg Children's Hospital. The aim of these Agreements is to monitor and analyze healthcare registration data collected from emergency department visits for possible outbreaks of infectious disease and other public health threats and emergencies.
