BACKGROUND

The purpose of this procedure is to document processes Hidalgo County departments will follow in order to ensure that the appropriate personnel have timely received the required Incident Command Structure (ICS) training and that training is being accurately reported.  ICS training and documentation is necessary for future grant funding.
