Urban County Program on behalf of Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1 and the City of Edcouch, is requesting authority to purchase fire station/equipment (brush truck) for the Edcouch Volunteer Fire Department. Purchase will be made from Grande Truck Center. (contract #358-10) an approved vendor through Hidalgo County’s membership and participation with Buyboard. The total amount for the purchase is $76,035.00 (quote attached), utilizing UCP FY 24 (2011) Pct. 1 Fire Station/Equipment line item and City of Edcouch general funds.
