1. Approval of Interlocal Agreement by and among City of Pharr, Hidalgo County, and Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Number One, City of Pharr, allowing for Hidalgo County to participate in the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone.

2. Appointment of one board member to represent the County of Hidalgo on the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Number One, City of Pharr Board of Directors.

COUNTY agrees to participate in the ZONE by contributing to the Tax Increment Fund an amount equal to 50% of the revenue generated from the COUNTY M&O tax rate of $0.5225 for a term of 20 years.
