Authorization and approval to accept a revision to the performance period which will be from August 1, 2010 to July 31, 2012 for the 2010 Homeland Security Grant Program from the Texas Division of Emergency Management, with authority for County Judge to sign the required documentation.
BACKGROUND
This Grant was approved and accepted by the Hidalgo County Commissioners Court on March 20, 2012 (AI-31429). The initial Grant Adjustment Notice from the Texas Department of Public Safety stated the performance period for the grant was from August 1, 2010 to October 31, 2012. This was an error on their behalf and have provided us with a corrected ending date now being presented for approval and acceptance.
