BUDGETARY IMPACT:

Funding will be identified at a later time to pay a third party to administer the Supplemental Environmental Project (SEP). A transfer will be prepared at a future CC meeting, once funding is identified.

A seperate agenda item will be place for CC approval to pay the third party administrator once TCEQ accepts agreed order. In addition, a contractual agreement must be in place with vendor.

The possible third party administrator is Rio Bravo Resource, as recommended by TCEQ and Mr. Martin Ramirez, Co. Environmental Compliance Coordinator.
