A. Requesting the granting of an "order" for exemption from competitive bidding requirements under Texas Local Government Code, 262.024(a)(7)(A) "Items for which competition is precluded because of existence of patents, copyrights, secret processes or monopolies";
B. Requesting approval of a "Sole Source Declaration" for (ES&S) "Elections Systems & Software, Inc." for any Software/Hardware Maintenance Agreements and supplies for the Ivotronics and ADA machines, for the lifetime of the machines purchased from the time period of 2005-2007 including the refurbished purchased in 2011.
