1. Hold a Public Hearing to consider public comments for Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1’s proposed budget and program amendment for Fiscal Year 24 (2011) original work plan, utilizing forfeited funds. The proposed amendment will delete the Street Improvements activity in the amount of $260,000.00; create a Water/Sewer Improvements (Elsa) activity in the amount of $115,000.00; and increase the Precinct No. 1 Street Improvements (solar lights) activity by $145,900.00.

2. Requesting approval of a budget and program amendment for Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1. The proposed amendment for Fiscal Year 24 (2011) original work plan, utilizing forfeited funds. The proposed amendment will delete the Street Improvements activity in the amount of $260,000.00; create a Water/Sewer Improvements (Elsa) activity in the amount of $115,000.00; and increase the Precinct No. 1 Street Improvements (solar lights) activity by $145,900.00.

A Public Hearing was held on July 17, 2012 at 9:30 A.M. and citizen participation requirements have been met. Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1 proposed budget and program amendment for Fiscal Year 24 (2011) forfeited funds:

The proposed amendment will delete:
Street Improvements (Elsa) by -$260,000.00

The proposed amendment will create:
Water/Sewer Improvements (Elsa) activity in the amount of $115,000.00
Project consists of the installation of water and sewer lines on FM 88 and SH 107 and its general vicinity, to include but not limited to engineering fees, testing fees, advertisements and all appurtenances and expenses as it pertains to project completion.

The proposed amendment will increase:
Precinct No. 1 Street Improvements (solar lights) activity by $145,900.00
