Urban County Program, on behalf of the City of La Joya, is requesting approval of a best and final negotiated engineering contract with S&B Infrastructure, Ltd. in the amount of $19,505.00, utilizing Year 23 (2010) and YR 25 (2012) Urban County funds (anticipated release of 2012 funds is late August) for the construction of Military Park in La Joya, Texas.

: S&B Infrastructure, Ltd. has submitted a best and final offer for the required professional engineering
services for the Parks, Recreational Facility improvements which consists of construction of Military Park in La Joya, Texas. S&B Infrastructure, Ltd. was the highest ranked firm by Commissioner’s Court on April 3rd 2012. Contract approval in the amount of $19,505.00 is being requested for engineering. See attached letter of best and final offer, scope of services, and certificate of liability insurance.
