Requesting approval of a program amendment for the City of Elsa to its Urban County Program FY 23 (2010) work plan. The amendment will add the following activity to the water/sewer improvements project: the relocation of water and sewer lines on FM 88 and SH 107 and the general vicinity, to include but not limited to engineering fees, testing fees, advertisements and all expenses related to the project. The proposed program amendment will not affect the original budget.

A Public Hearing was held on July 17, 2012, at 6:00 P.M. and citizen participation requirements have been met. The City of Elsa approved a program amendment for Fiscal Year 23 (2010):
