Requesting to rescind action previously taken on items a and b of AI#30484 dated January 24, 2012 in connection to the Interlocal Agreement between Hidalgo County and Delta Lake Irrigation District for the purposes of irrigating approximately 30 acres of Delta Lake Park Grounds since the Delta Lake Irrigation District's conclusion (pursuant to their current water situation they are facing themselves an ILA w/HC would not be practical at this time-only serving its current customers).
BACKGROUND
This will cancel project for this year however, as per request by Precinct One, an attempt will be made to the Delta Lake Irrigation District for consideration for the following year.
