a. Pursuant to Article 14 of the current agreement-C-11-291-01-24, Halff Associates is requesting approval to engage the services of sub-contractors/consultants (Raba Kistner Consultants, Inc., Dannenbaum and Anthony Covacevich) with adherence to insurance provisions required by said article;

b. Acceptance and approval of Work Authorization No. 1 (with estimated cost proposal of $                                       ) as submitted by Halff Associates, Inc. for Project: (Installation Infrastructure Engineering, Drawings and Specifications for the Addition of Annex Structures/Three (3) Modular Buildings to the existing Hidalgo County Courthouse), in connection to the "on-call" agreement #C-11-291-01-24 for the purposes of:  "Building Repairs/Renovation, Alterations and/or Additions to County Owned Buildings within Hidalgo County Precinct No. 4”. 

c.  Requesting acceptance and approval of Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to Work Authorization No. 2 submitted by HALFF ASSOCIATES, INC., in the (amount of $ 9,100.00, with revised total cost amount $ 142,080.00) for the purposes of "engineering services" on the ongoing Project: (LIFE SAFETY PROJECT AT THE COURTHOUSE) in connection to agreement# C-10-340-10-19 for the purposes of: "Building Repairs, Renovations and/or Alterations to County Owned Buildings” located within Precinct No. 4 (on an as needed basis).
