1. Requesting authorization for Hidalgo County to execute the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Hidalgo County and City of San Juan for the Nolana Loop Project (FM1426 to FM 88).
2. Acceptance and approval of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement Project: provision of the "Undertaking a highway improvement project generally described as the Nolana Loop Project from FM 1426 to FM 88" pursuant to the approval of the Interlocal Agreement as stated above.

BUDGETARY IMPACT:
City agrees to compensate County against invoice for the costs associated with such right of way acquisitions within the corporate limits of City for the Project and remit all such costs within sixty (60) days of the date of County invoice. Pct. 2 will be responsible for requesting reimbursement from the City of San Juan. All parcels will be acquired under the name of the County.Funds for project will be budgeted once Interlocal Agreement has been approved.
