a. Presentation for discussion, consideration and applicable action by Hidalgo County Commissioners Court on options presented by Montalvo Insurance in connection to the 2013-2014 annual coverages for "Property & Casualty Insurance Policies"; and
b. Approval by CC of Option#____ pursuant to action on item "A"-herein for said coverages with the offered renewal premium(s) as detailed in the attachments herein with said term from January 1, 2013 through January 1, 2014; and
c. Acceptance and approval for County Treasurer to issue check(s) after review, audit and processing procedures are completed by County Auditor upon Montalvo Insurance submitting invoice for said premium coverages as detailed, submitted and approved by CC in the amount of $___________________ for renewal coverages of Hidalgo County's Property & Casualty Insurance Policies which includes the TPA Services for 2013-2014.
d. Authority for Valde Guerra, Hidalgo County Commissioners Court Executive Officer to execute any/all applicable documents required.
e. Discussion regarding tail-end insurance coverage with Travelers for year 2013 and any additional topic relevant to this project.
