BACKGROUND
1. Governor's Office will reimburse overtime earned at 100% for Chief Deputy Constables and Deputy Constables.
2. Constable Precinct 3 was awarded $40,000 under LBSP 2012. Grant is for the period of July 6, 2012 to January 31, 2013.
3. With approval, Constable Precinct 3 will participate in LBSP and Stone Garden operations in the fiscal year of 2013.
4. Previous agenda item to be referenced is AI-34710 from 10-30-2012.
