The Urban County Program on behalf of the City of Weslaco is requesting approval and award of best and final negotiated contract with LeFEVRE Environmental & Management Consulting, LLC in the amount of $47,216.00 utilizing CDBG FY 20, 21 23 & 24 (2006, 2008, 2010 & 2011) Water/Sewer Improvements project.

LeFEVRE Environmental & Management Consulting, LLC submitted a best and final offer for professional engineering services for a water/sewer project within the City of Weslaco. LeFEVRE Environmental & Management Consulting, LLC was the highest ranked firm by County Commissioner’s Court. See attached scope of services and Best and Final Offer Letter.
